Upcoming movie trailers are supposed to tease us. Whether you are at the cinema or watching a DVD at home, upcoming movie trailers entice you to want to see more, and they are often very effective. If my husband and I share one passion, it is movies. We regularly jot down the names of movies that attract us during a preview so as not to forget about them. Of all the upcoming movies trailers I have watched recently, the one that that appeals to me most is El Greco. Directed by Yannis Smaragdis, this movie is an account of the life of a stubborn 16th century Cretan artist and freedom fighter known as El Greco. This preview excites me more than other upcoming movie trailers for a couple of reasons. El Greco was filmed in Athens, which tempts me for nostalgic reasons since I once lived there. I also adore historical movies for their educational value. I never miss an opportunity to be entertained and educated simultaneously.
