I often watch upcoming movie trailers on the web so I can get an idea of what’s going to be good. One of the upcoming movie trailers I watched recently is for The Accidental Husband. This movie stars Uma Thurman, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Colin Firth, Sam Shepard and Isabella Rossellini. It tells the story of New York firefighter Patrick Sullivan (Morgan) whose relationship is ruined when his fiancé seeks advice from love expert and radio host Dr. Emma Lloyd ( Thurman). He decides to get revenge on Dr. Lloyd, with hilarious results.
I think this romantic comedy, which will be in cinemas this coming August, would be perfect for a girl’s night out. However, it doesn’t look like the sort of movie husbands and boyfriends would enjoy, so it would be unfair for a woman to drag her other half to the cinema to see it when he could stay home and watch an action movie instead. If you are looking for something suitable for a romantic night at the cinema with your partner, watch other comedy movie trailers or horror movie trailers until you find something you think you might both enjoy.
