Quarantine is a new movie due to be released on October 10. TV reporter Angela Vidal (Jennifer Carpenter) and her cameraman (Steve Harris) are assigned to spend the night shift with the LA  fire station, go on a routine 911 call to a small apartment building and find police officers already on the scene in response to screaming coming from one of the apartment units.  The woman living in the unit has been infected by something unknown along with a few other residents.  Everyone tries to escape only to find the whole building has been quarantined by the CDC.  All access to the outside world has been cut out, phone, internet, tv and cell phones.  After the quarantine is finally lifted, there is only one source of evidence, the videotape of the tv crew.

The new movie also stars Columbus Short, Jay Hernandez and Johnathon Schaech and is rared R for bloody, violent and disturbing content, terror and language. The new movie has a runtime of 89 minutes and is directed by Drew and John E. Dowdle.
